Creative Conditions, Californians for the Arts Summit

Whippoorwill Arts’ research on musician pay was featured at the 2024 Californians for the Arts Summit focused on the theme ‘Art Work is Real Work’. Tiara joined the Creative Conditions panel to discuss expanding livelihood opportunities for working musicians, as well as unravel some of the mythologies associated with what musicians' work looks like. The panel explored evolving job dynamics to consider strategies for building a dynamic and sustainable creative workforce.
