Tiara is coordinating our curation, fellows, and festival programs. She is a founder and manager at Aspire Institute, empowering historically disenfranchised college students at Harvard University. She grew up in the Bay Area and “witnessing its transformation, especially in the last fifteen years, has ingrained in me the value of platforming artists from the Bay, as well as honoring the creative and organizing work of elders.
